Martha Gonzalez-Cortes, CEO of the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan was on to discuss what life was like in a migrant work family. How their labor and wages differ significantly to that of the rest of the workforce.
Dan also had on Dr. Steve Sultanoff a psychologist and professional speaker who uses therapeutic humor in the workplace. We will get his unique perspective on labor and how we can change our work environment if we have a sense of humor.
